APW - Hamilton, grade 969, 16S, heavy 14K original AWCCo HC with gold cuvette engraved "Presented to Jos F Gosiger by his parents, J A & M K Gosiger, August 16th 1905," front of case engraved with "JG" initials, SW-SS, WE-SSD, lever escapement, 17J, fancy NI damascene, s#305285. Gross weight of assembled watch 74.9 dwt (116.5 g).
CONDITION:
Mvt: GRO, excellent mvt condition overall, bright lustrous plates with some MFS, two scratches on barrel bridge case-screw and larger winding wheel, detent stem locking screw is missing half its head and plate area immediately around this screw position has some marring; dial with hl between 2 and 4; excellent hands, hour and seconds hands are blue, minute hand is plum colored; case shows very light wear, some MFS, small shallow dent at left side of front and right side of rear, ET detail with mild reduction; tight bow, crown shows little wear; good glass crystal.
